This exhibition is the fifth in a series of six exhibitions over two years that demonstrates the role of the Principles of Design within artworks from the Museum’s Permanent Collection. This exhibit will focus on contrast, or the way artists distinguish one element of the piece from another through differences in size, shape, color or location.
